PropMatch is an online platform providing: • Bangkok condo listings for rent and sale • Property search and filter tools • Connection between renters/buyers, agents, and owners • Real estate market information PropMatch acts as an intermediary and is not a party to real estate transactions.
3. User Obligations
You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Not post false, misleading, or unlawful content • Not use the service for illegal purposes • Not attempt unauthorised system access • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PropMatch provides services "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for: • The accuracy of listings posted by third parties • Consequences of transactions between users • Any indirect or consequential damages Users are responsible for independently verifying property information before entering into any transaction.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and technology on the PropMatch platform are the intellectual property of PropMatch Co., Ltd.. Reproduction or adaptation without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
7. Changes to Terms
PropMatch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
